Mobile Stage 1

ECU solutions
DPF Off, AdBlue Off, NOx Off, EGR Off and OPF Off enquiries are assessed for eligible motorsport or other lawful non-road projects. These options are not offered for public-road use.
Workshop dyno work
More advanced calibration comes into the workshop for chassis dyno work. Agree the specification, testing question and appointment before travelling to Llandow, CF71 7PB.
Dyno Tuning
More advanced tuning is carried out at the workshop on the chassis dyno. Our 2WD and 4WD dyno facilities support the agreed work for the vehicle.
Send the fitted hardware, existing calibration, drivetrain and fuel details. Measurement, diagnosis and custom calibration need different testing plans.
For a modified build or standalone ECU enquiry, send the full specification before booking. Controller support and the proposed work are confirmed individually.

We provide a complete range of Auto Electrical and Auto Electronics services for Fast Road and Motorsport users. Workshop calibration and dyno appointments take place at Unit 11 Sambucus Avenue, Llandow Trading Estate, Llandow, Cowbridge, CF71 7PB. Confirm the booking and vehicle requirements before travelling from Cardiff, Penarth or Barry.
Choose the calibration around the hardware
A healthy standard car is the starting point for Stage 1 tuning. An upgraded intercooler, turbo, intake or fuelling system changes the questions we ask for Stage 2 and custom calibration. Send the complete hardware list, fuel used and any existing tune before the visit.
Know what the dyno session will measure
A power run measures power and torque. A diagnostic session investigates issues such as hesitation, boost loss or limp mode under load. Dyno testing supports those decisions at our Llandow workshop, with Dyno Developments 2WD and MAHA LPS 2000 4WD equipment. The suitable setup is confirmed for your drivetrain.
